Sierra Company is an HR consultancy practice based in Omaha, Nebraska that focuses on on-call HR service geared to support both employees and management as well as providing HR translation services that require both English and Spanish-language communication.

Founded and managed by Dominique Sierra, Dominique has significant experience in HR from the retail industry to manufacturing in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Typical engagements involve work directly supporting leadership, management, and employees from small and medium-sized businesses looking to have the support of an experienced Human Resource Professional on need basis.

We set up our clients for success by guiding them through the use of HR Best Practices from the beginning stages of their businesses.
